Message	PFC has been the ultimate tuning tool for GTRs and FD for many years. People who know japanese cars know what pfc is. They always had it for the jspec Z32. Its been proven on BPU street cars to 100% race cars. Also you don't necessarily need a laptop to tune it, but if you have one you will get a lot more out of it(from what I understand).
